01 / FOUNDATIONAL CARE
Acupuncture
Fine, sterile, single-use needles are placed at selected points to help manage certain symptoms, including pain.
DURING TREATMENT
You may feel a quick pinch, tingling, warmth or a dull sensation.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARD
Most people resume usual activities; mild soreness or bruising can occur.
HANDS-ON SUPPORT
Focused care for
muscles and movement.
These techniques may be used alongside acupuncture to address tightness and discomfort, when appropriate.
02 / THERAPY
Cupping
Cups create gentle-to-fir sction over the skin to work with tense areas.
Feels like: A pulling sensation
After: Temporary circular marks may remain for several days
03 / THERAPY
Gua Sha
A smooth-edged tool glides over soft tissue to address areas of tightness.
Feels like: Firm gliding pressure
After: temporary redness or tenderness may occur
04 / THERAPY
Trigger Point
Focused pressure or fine acupuncture needle are used to address tight, snesitive muscle areas and help relieve pain and tension.
Feels like: Firm pressure, a brief pinch, or a dull ache. A temporary muscle twitch may occur with needling
After: Mild muscle soreness or small bruising may occur and is usually temporary.
05 / ADDITIONAL STIMULATION
Electroacupuncture
A gentle electrical current is delivered through acupuncture needles to provide additional stimulation for selected condtions.
What to expect: A mild rhythmic pulsing or tingling sensation, adjusted to your comfort. Not suitable for everyone; medical history and implanted devices are revied first.

TCM Herbal Medicine
When appropriate, individualized traditional herbal formulas may be discussed based on your health history, current medications and treatment goals.
Before starting: We review allergies, medications and possible interactions, and explain preparation and monitoring needs.
